The Star 154 Foundation is a Native-led nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth, strengthening families, and building resilient communities through education, leadership, cultural preservation, health and wellness, entrepreneurship, athletics, and community engagement.

Driven by the belief that every individual has unique potential, we create opportunities that inspire growth, foster confidence, and empower lasting success. By bringing together tribal nations, educators, businesses, nonprofits, and community partners, we deliver innovative programs that honor Native traditions while addressing the evolving needs of today's communities.

Our Story
About the Foundation
The Star 154 Foundation was born from a shared commitment to serve Indigenous communities by creating opportunities that inspire hope, strengthen families, and empower future generations.
Inspired by the vision and leadership of founder Ross Anderson, the Foundation was established in 1996 to provide Indigenous youth with Snowsport opportunities. Star 154 Foundation has now been revitalized with Ross and Juanita Anderson to bring all people together, build authentic relationships, and create pathways for positive change. The belief is simple yet powerful: meaningful transformation begins by meeting people where they are, listening with compassion and understanding, and working together to create opportunities without limits.
